My Story
Hello, I'm Rachel Miller—relationship coach, author, and advocate for authentic connection. For over 12 years, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals and couples through the beautiful, complex journey of building lasting love.
My path to becoming a relationship coach wasn't linear. After my own challenging experiences in dating and a difficult early marriage, I found myself at a crossroads. I could continue accepting "good enough" relationships, or I could dive deep into understanding what truly makes partnerships thrive.
I chose the latter. I earned my certification in relationship coaching from the International Coach Federation, studied attachment theory extensively, and trained under renowned family therapists. But more importantly, I applied these principles to my own life—and watched my marriage transform from struggling to thriving.
My Approach
I believe relationships aren't just about finding the "right" person—they're about becoming the right partner. My coaching combines evidence-based techniques with practical, actionable advice. No fluff, no fairy tales—just real strategies that work in real life.
I draw from multiple disciplines including:
- Attachment Theory — Understanding how our early relationships shape our adult connection patterns
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — Creating secure emotional bonds between partners
- Positive Psychology — Building on strengths rather than focusing solely on problems
- Communication Science — Evidence-based techniques for meaningful dialogue

My Philosophy
I believe every person deserves a relationship that supports their growth, celebrates their individuality, and weathers life's challenges together. But I also know that building such a relationship requires intention, skill, and sometimes, guidance.
My mission is to make expert relationship guidance accessible to everyone—not just those who can afford expensive therapy or coaching. Through this blog, I share the same insights I use with my private clients, distilled into actionable advice you can apply immediately.
Remember: Love isn't just something you feel. It's something you do.
